A login password for wireless access on your laptop while you are on campus may be purchased at the Gage Front Desk or the Conference Registration Desk for $10 for the duration of your stay.

Scientific sessions

All scientific sessions will take place in the Life Sciences Center (LSC). It is located at 2350 Health Sciences Mall, about 700 m south of the housing (see map below). The building entrance on Health Sciences Mall is most convenient for the conference facilities. Please note that the Conference has been designated as non-smoking.

Oral sessions

Parallel panel sessions will be split between LSC-1 and LSC-3 on Monday and Tuesday, and between LSC-2 and LSC-3 on Wednesday. All other oral sessions will be held in LSC-1 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, or LSC-2 on Wednesday.

Posters sessions

There will two poster sessions, one on Monday, August 11 and one on Wednesday, August 13. Both sessions will run from 4-6 pm in the LSC Atrium. Poster boards are 239 cm (94") wide and 117 cm (46") high.

Refreshment breaks

Coffee and lunch will be served in the LSC Atrium.
