Registration Desk
During the conference the registration desk will be staffed during the hours below for onsite registration and for collection of registrant packages by those already registered. The registration desk staff will be happy to answer any queries you have regarding the meeting, the campus and the City of Vancouver.

Payment details
Registration rates
All rates are quoted and processed in Canadian Dollars and include 5% local tax (GST).

| Student discount rate* | $ 400 CAD |
*Students are required to present a formal letter from their advisor confirming their student status when checking in at registration on-site.
Registration fees include
- All meeting and poster sessions
- All refreshment breaks
- Three lunches (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
- The Opening Reception (Sunday) and Banquet (Wednesday) at the Museum of Anthropology
Methods of Payment (All payments are due in Canadian dollars and will include 5% GST)
- Cheque or money order payable to In Vivo 2008, c/o Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc. in Canadian Dollars (with GST included) and drawn on a Canadian Bank
- Credit Card Visa and MasterCard. Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc. will appear on your credit card statement.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
As of June 16, 2008 there will be no refunds for cancellations. As of July 31, 2008, substitutions are not permitted.

Wheelchair Access and Special Assistance
All Conference venues are wheelchair accessible. If you require special assistance for any reason, please contact the Registration Secretariat with your details.
Dietary Requests
The Conference will ensure that all dietary requirements are accounted for at Conference food and beverage functions. Please identify your dietary requirements during the registration process so that we can make arrangements in advance.
Non Smoking
Please note that the Conference has been designated as non-smoking. In Vancouver smoking is not permitted by law in public buildings, on public transit, in shopping malls, and in most restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and casinos. Many restaurants and other establishments have designated smoking areas such as patios or outside heated seating areas.
